With this package, you get 2 notarial wills and 2 incapacity mandates. It is therefore perfect and advantageous for a couple or a family. These are two documents that are usually drawn up at the same time. In fact, the will clarifies your estate upon your death and the mandate designates a mandatary who can administer your assets during your lifetime if you become incapacitated.
These two documents are similar in that in both cases you decide how your assets are to be administered. Since the future is uncertain, it is best to be prepared for all eventualities. A will and an incapacity mandate will allow you to have your wishes respected.
