- Federal Notice of Assessment for the last year reported
- Provincial Notice of Assessment for the last year reported
- Federal and Provincial Financial Statements (If first time client)
- Checkweigher (If customer for the first time)
- Last tax return filed
- Form FPZ-500 - GST/HST Return
If you are missing one or more of these documents because it was not issued, you are offered packages to regularize the situation.
This package does not include verification. We use the documents provided by the client and believe that they have been submitted in good faith.
