In Quebec, the first step in the liquidation of an estate is the will search.
Will searches are conducted at the Chambre des Notaires du Québec and the Barreau du Québec and search certificates are given to you by the notary. The package also includes a consultation with the notary in order to fully understand the next steps of the estate.
The notaries who partner with MeilleurPrix.club are all members of the Chambre des Notaires du Québec.
